What we can help with

What we cannot help with

LetDesk keeps records; it does not advise. We cannot tell you whether a rent increase is valid, how to serve a notice, what you owe in tax, or what a court or tribunal will decide. For those questions you need a solicitor, an accountant or your local landlord association. See the terms for the full picture.

If you are a tenant

Your landlord controls the records they keep about you, so ask them first. If you have asked and you are not satisfied, write to __PRIVACY_EMAIL__ and we will help them respond.

Complaints

Tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
